Welcome to SoapCense

SoapCense was born in 1985 out of my mother's love of aromatherapy oils. Lavender was a very firm favourite with her and that was the very first oil we stocked. Now we stock a lot more than aromatherapy oils. In those early years we were fortunate enough to live close to the soap factory of a major manufacturer and father worked there for many years and so we had an expertise right from the start. It then seemed a natural progression to put the oils and soap together. Now we have a range of soaps that mother would have loved and of which father would have been proud.

As well as all of the natural products from natural sources, we now also stock a range of products that we feel our customers would like us to stock, and judging by some of the mail we receive it is more than obvious that you are in total agreement with us on that.

We at SoapCense are firm believers that all customers, and potential customers, are entitled to the same level of customer service, reliability and quality, if not better, that they would get at any of the major and high quality stores on the High Street. To this end our mission is to equal and maybe surpass that service, reliability and quality. On top of this we take very seriously indeed the privacy of all of our customers and potential customers, and for this reason we will not pass on to ANYONE, who is not entitled to know, any details whatsoever about our customers, AND THAT WE GUARANTEE!
In short our mission is to treat our customers the way they would like to be treated.

Our Privacy Policy

For added security all payments are made through Paypal, a recognised online payment banking services. Paypal is a premier online banking establishment, with strict legislations for online merchants. Therefore we do not have access to your credit card information - which means that no one else does either.

Paypal use 128bit encryption, using Secure Socket Layers (SSL), so you can be sure that your credit card information is safe. Remember - Never give your PayPal password or any other PayPal information to anyone - SoapCense.co.uk will never ask for any details relating to your PayPal account.

We keep and use your name and address etc. only for the purposes of processing and posting your order, we then wait for 14 days to ensure you are delighted with your purchase and at the end of this period we delete your details totally from our system. During this period we do not share your details with anyone, and we do not sell mailing lists. This we feel gives you total privacy and is a part of our continuing efforts to provide you with the best possible service. This also means that when the 14 day period is over you will not get Mail, EMail or Telephone Calls from SoapCense.co.uk We really do feel that our high quality products and our second to none service is more than enough to get valued repeat customers without bombarding our customers with annoying mail and phone calls.

Customer Satisfaction & Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return the item unopened and unused within 14 days. We will refund you the purchase price in full.
That is our guarantee to you.

When you place an order with SoapCense you are not dealing with a totally internet based company who have very little contact details. We are a genuine company based in Gloucester and all of our contact details are available to you including my own personal mobile telephone number. We take great pride in our service and know that this will be appreciated by all of our customers.

All orders will be fulfilled within 14 days of getting your order, but we do try to deliver before that if possible.
